This service is meant for customers who want to send small quantities of material to their client but still want the delivery to be made quick and cost effective. The quantities may vary from one article weighing 10 kg to a number of packages weighing up to one ton. Parcel service is the ideal way to transport for small traders, book distributors or for anyone trying to send samples of their products. For our customer’s convenience, we offer them the facility of numerous booking godowns at all important trading and industrial hubs in each city, where they can easily get their material booked through a simple process. Once the material is received at our booking point, each article is marked with a distinct number and destination code to avoid any exchange and misrouting. A document ‘Goods consignment note’ is issued, which has the same number as marked on the consignment and is used by the client to get the delivery at destination. Containerized vehicles are then used for transferring the material from booking point to our hubs for onward dispatch. Using containerized vehicles within the city ensures maximum safety for your valuable cargo.
At the heart of our Parcel service lies the ‘Hub & Spoke’ system which helps us to gather materials meant for different destinations from all our booking points in each city to our trans-shipment, then club consignments and re-route them to finally to reach their destinations. This method helps in quick transit and economies of scale which benefits our customers in reasonable transportation cost without compromising on speedy and secure deliveries. In addition, we offer the option of delivery at the destination at our own godown, in case there are space constraints for the client. Our delivery godown can be used for a period of one week for storage after the arrival of goods without the client having to pay any additional charge. For customers who want their material to be delivered at their clients address, our Door Delivery facility is available to deliver material anywhere within the city. In case of door delivery option, customers get the added advantage of material not only reaching their door step but also being unloaded and placed in space provided in their premises with the help of our efficient labour staff.
